Who We Are

At People-Hub we do things differently because of who we are. Our distinctive approach to what we do is borne out of a rare combination of knowledge, talent, business acumen and collaborative spirit.

A wealth of senior business experience

Each of our trainers has extensive commercial, coaching and change management experience in blue chip organisations. Between us, we have led and managed 1000’s of people and created millions of pounds of profit for our organisations.

Trainer profiles

Walter Gregg – Partner and “Travel” Coach

Walter is an experienced business and behavioural coach with a wealth of knowledge from his successful careers in senior management with large organisations.

His style is based on creating rapport and trust with all his clients but being the “uncompromising friend” when required. His understanding of the differences in people’s styles and behaviours and his ability to adapt his style for best results has produced a record of successes with a wide variety of clients.

Time spent working for global brands such as Nike and Reebok has given Walter a wide spectrum of experience in all areas of business from sales and marketing to management and strategic planning.

Walter believes that everybody has hidden strengths and that people are far more capable than they ever imagine.

Lifestyle is also important to Walter – the golf course beckons as often as his business and wife allow. He is noted for his knowledge of global holiday resorts and is a mine of information for sight seeing.

David Little – Partner and “Motorcycle” Coach

Getting the best out of people is what makes David tick! He has always believed that there is untapped potential in everyone and has spent much of his professional career trying to release it! As well as a successful 20 year career in the Motor Industry, he has been immensely lucky to spend the last 12 years as a coach and trainer helping people be the very best they can.

David started out as an engineer many moons ago. Three years on the drawing board made him realise that his strengths not as a designer, but in roles where he was supporting and developing people. David had a notable career within the automotive sector with Leyland Vehicle group, Volvo Trucks, Daf Trucks and RAC. He created, developed, grew and, on occasions, resuscitated, a whole series of teams with significant success.

The common thread in all these roles was coaching – although he didn’t appreciate it in the early days! After 10 years as founder partner in his own coaching and training business, he is a deeply passionate behaviouralist!

When not getting excited about behaviour change, he gets very excited about changing the behaviour of motorcyclists! He’s a senior advanced riding instructor with the IAM and spends most of his spare hours either coaching other bikers to ride safely or enjoying the open roads in the UK and Europe!
